The Town of Buffalo Gap (the “Town”) will hold a public hearing on May 9, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall at 709 Litel, Buffalo Gap, Texas regarding the adoption of rules governing plats and subdivisions of land within the Town. After said public hearing, the Town Council may adopt an ordinance establishing such rules, which may include reasonable specifications for construction of streets and roads and reasonable specifications to provide adequate drainage within a subdivision.
